    The Dreamer’s Loft is St. Louis’ newest co-working space - a multi-level, open-floor plan concept with communal coffee house vibes and high end design around every corner. It’s a content creators dream!

    Our mission is to provide a place where women are seen and supported so they can achieve success, however they define it.

    Designer Zoom rooms, a spacious conference room, kitchenette, Zen room, private room for working mamas, and more, you won’t believe your eyes when you walk through this space.

    Our wedding + special event design division + brand, An Affair To Remember, has been turning Pinterest dreams into reality before the days of Pinterest! Our award winning team of designers are known for creating wow-factor installations, big picture concepts, and turning inspiration into reality. We are a full service design firm that takes care of all the set-up, the breakdown and the heavy lifting in between. Weddings, special occasions, and corporate.

  • EVENT RENTAL

    Our event decor rental division + brand, Styled + Staged STL has the largest collection of unique decor in the area. From creative seating and tabletop decor, our collection continues to grow. Our collection spans curated furniture and lounges, place setting decor like chargers + plates, flatware, glassware, specialty backdrops, and luxury linens. We welcome all events, small and large! Whether you’re planning a party for 20 or a corporate or wedding event for 200, we have in-store pick-up, delivery, and custom design services available.

  • HOME + COMMERCIAL STAGING + STYLING

    Under the Styled + Staged STL brand + division lives a vast collection of vintage and contemporary furniture and accessories used to create the most attractive layouts to entice and inspire buyers and ultimately increase offers!

    We also offer interior styling services for those wanting to enhance their currently living space(s) or bring life to a new home!

Founder + Dream Weaver Jody Cox manages the vision and operations of the Dream by Design brands. Specializing in creative design and small business coaching, she has a passion for people and a head for business.

Cox owns An Affair To Remember, Styled + Staged STL, Sunrise Coaching + Mentoring, and Host + Honey - a retail business focusing on luxury housewares launching Summer 2024.
